All forms of exercise carry a risk of injury. Therefore, by following a training programme or subscription from Hay's Coaching, you do so at your own risk. No exercises should be performed unless you are confident you are able to do so safely. If you are unsure about correct form, you should seek in-person advice from a qualified trainer. If you are under the age of 18 you cannot purchase a training programme or subscription. If under 18 when performing exercises described or shown in any programme or subscription you must be supervised by a sufficiently qualified adult. Unless otherwise stated, those in association with Hay's Coaching are not medical professionals, qualified Nutritionists, Dieticians, Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists. Results are not guaranteed, and will primarily depend on factors such as your personal commitment, exercise history, genetics and other factors. Hays Coaching is not liable to process refunds.
